Overview These high-performance static control bags are designed for the packaging of non-ESDS (Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive) items within an ESD-protected area. By utilizing a specialized amine-free antistatic agent, these bags provide excellent static dissipation without the risk of outgassing or “greasing,” which can contaminate sensitive solder joints or optical components.

Material & Compliance

• FDA & USDA Approval: Constructed from 100% virgin Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), the raw materials meet FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520. This certification confirms the bags are safe for direct food contact and cleanroom environments where purity is paramount.
• Static Decay Standards: Fully compliant with MIL-PRF-81705E, Type II and EIA-541 standards. The material is formulated to dissipate a 5000V charge to zero in less than 2 seconds at 15% relative humidity.
• Surface Resistivity: Maintains a surface resistivity of less than 10^12 ohms/sq, providing a controlled path to ground and preventing the accumulation of triboelectric charges.
• Chemical Stability: The amine-free formulation ensures the bags will not react with polycarbonate surfaces or cause corrosion on silver, copper, or gold-plated components.
