Our 4 Mil Reclosable Pink Anti-Static (PAS) bags provide superior

bags are manufactured from FDA-approved virgin materials, making them
safe for both sensitive electronics and food-contact applications. Designed with a
high-quality track seal, they meet all static decay requirements of
MIL-PRF-81705E, Type II and EIA-541.

Overview
These heavy-duty 4 mil static control bags are engineered for the secure packaging
of non-ESDS items within ESD-protected environments. The increased thickness provides
enhanced puncture resistance, while the amine-free antistatic agent
eliminates the risk of outgassing or chemical contamination on sensitive surfaces.
Material & Compliance
- FDA & USDA Approval: Constructed from 100% virgin Low-Density
Polyethylene (LDPE) meeting FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520. These
bags are fully compliant for direct food contact and cleanroom use. - Static Decay Performance: Fully compliant with
MIL-PRF-81705E, Type II and EIA-541 standards.
The material is designed to dissipate a 5000V charge to zero in under 2 seconds. - Surface Resistivity: Maintains a controlled surface resistivity of
< 10^12 ohms/sq, preventing triboelectric charge buildup. - Reliable Closure: Features a reinforced reclosable track seal
that keeps contaminants out and ensures multiple uses without compromising ESD protection.
Applications
Specifically recommended for heavy-duty electronics hardware, pharmaceutical tools,
